LaborTimeTracker ensures the privacy and security of our customer data. All account, punch and billing data is held with very high security.
Employee timecard data requests
LaborTimeTracker will NOT release timecard data to employees who contact us. If you are an employee, please contact your employer.
Billing information we keep
LaborTimeTracker keeps details on all payments. This information can include purchase order numbers, bill-to addresses, check numbers, phone numbers, email addresses and pay type information. All of which is used for fee processing. Without this information, we cannot process your account.
Email addresses and phone numbers
LaborTimeTracker uses customer email addresses and phone numbers for fee processing and communication. We will not transfer or sell this information outside our system.
Unsolicited commercial email (spam)
LaborTimeTracker does not send spam emails. Our servers are registered under OpenSPF.org. If you receive spam from someone spoofing our domain name, please contact your ISP and ask them to only accept emails that meet OpenSPF specifications. LaborTimeTracker reserves the right to contact our clients via email in all matters concerning their respective accounts.
Your access to and control over your information
LaborTimeTracker, will at your request, edit or remove any data we have about you. Simply contact us with your request.
